Experiência

Arthur is a specialist in business litigation. He focuses his practice on court litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation negotiations involving commercial and corporate disputes, and M&A transactions. Arthur is regularly called upon by shareholders, boards of directors and executives to assist with conflicts related to corporate governance. Prior to concentrating primarily on litigation and arbitration matters, Arthur worked as a corporate lawyer for nearly 10 years, specializing in corporate and M&A transactions. He previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris and at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York. Arthur is one of the founders and a former president of the Columbia International Arbitration Association in New York.
