Jovens Talentos

Attracting and developing new talent is fundamental to the future of our business. Created in 2015, the Jovens Talentos (Young Talents) program selects law students for internship positions in the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasília and Campinas offices in a single multidisciplinary process.

Our two-year program provides the experience of working with highly renowned lawyers across different areas of law, in an environment that provides opportunities and supports innovative, entrepreneurial thinking.

Over the course of the Jovens Talentos program, the participants take part in various training and workshop sessions, all monitored by the firm’s Human Development area. Their activities and routines focus on the development of their technical and interpersonal skills, supplementing their university studies.
