Gabriela practices in the firm’s Tax team and is experienced in tax litigation related to federal, state, municipal, customs and social security taxes. She also litigates procedural matters, renewal of tax compliance certificates and other disputes of this nature, and assists in implementing alternative tax dispute-settlement methods. Gabriela is the author of several tax law publications.
