Possessing a strong background in corporate law, he is experienced in areas including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial agreements, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, especially in the logistics, energy, sanitation and urban mobility sectors. Renato previously worked as a visiting international lawyer at the New York office of Hogan Lovells LLP.
