Stephen is a native English speaker who has lived and worked in Brazil for almost 30 years. He is a qualified English solicitor (registered with the Law Society) and is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Stephen is particularly experienced in M&A transactions, inbound investments and other transactions involving domestic and foreign companies.

Stephen is a specialist in advising multinational companies and foreign investors that do business in Brazil.
