Sofia assists in matters related to the electricity sector in general, including administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Aneel), regulatory matters, electricity purchase and sale agreements and other sector-specific contracts. She also advises local and international clients in M&A transactions, privatization auctions and auctions for the sale of energy.
