Caio has extensive experience advising on numerous IPOs and follow-ons, as well as advising intermediary institutions and issuers in registering publicly-held companies, establishing securities distribution programs – such as units – and in day-to-day corporate and regulatory activities. Caio represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and securitization offers, financing, and structured transactions, including for infrastructure projects. He also works with international transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, such as loans and bond issuances.
