Natalia has extensive experience in advising on financing and debt transactions, particularly within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Her clients include financial institutions, investment funds, and companies.
Natalia previously worked as an international associate at Paul Hastings LLP in New York. She is an executive director of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter’s (OAB/RJ) Project Financing Committee and a member of Stanford Law School’s Brazil Alumni Committee. Natalia has also been recognized by Chambers & Partners Global and Chambers & Partners Brazil for her work in project finance.
