Experiência
Camilla has experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and corporate restructuring, involving domestic and international clients, including public companies and private equity funds, with focus on tech M&A transactions.
Camilla is also dedicated to the venture capital practice, advising clients on early and growth stages with corporate and governance counseling, investment rounds and joint venture deals, also supporting founders and emerging companies on structuring their business in Brazil or expanding their activities abroad.
She has served as an international attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York, USA) and Duane Morris, LLP (New York, USA).
