Guilherme assists local and international clients with corporate matters in general, focusing on corporate governance, regulation and self-regulation for publicly traded companies, corporate reorganizations, capital markets and company disputes (pre-litigation, judicial proceedings and arbitrations).
Prior to working with these matters, Guilherme acted in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions for ten years, and also worked as a foreign legal associate at the Tokyo-based law firm Anderson, Môri & Tomotsune.
