Flavia is fully dedicated to non-profit and exempt organizations and corporate social responsibility, advising ONG’s, businesses and cultural institutions. She is an expert in structuring social businesses, human rights, corporate restructurings, preparation of a wide range of agreements, tax, corporate, and regulatory matters. Her clients include domestic and foreign organizations from various sectors, such as education, health, environmental and microfinance. She pioneered pro bono work at Mattos Filho and is actively engaged in the growth and development of the pro bono culture in the region.
